Nucot believes in transparency. Nucot trainees are requested to send their testimonials and feedbacks about our training and placements to feedback@nucot.co.in. We at Nucot are always striving to serve our trainees better. In the event, of having a complaint against a member of the staff, or the company, nucot trainees are requested to send the same, with "nucot complaints" in the subject line to complaints@nucot.co.in. We will need the name, batch number and a brief description of the incident. Nucot IT Service Management will make all efforts to resolve the complaint and send an action taken a report. In case the trainees are not satisfied with the action taken, they will be given an opportunity to meet with the top IT management, and seek out an effective resolution to the complaint. The identity of the complainant will be kept confidential.
